Club to host Facebook watch party

The club is pleased to announce that it has been successful in securing footage of our August 2012 clash with Rangers FC, with thanks to Sky Sports.

The match offered an enjoyable day in the sunshine for all at the club, with a near full house taking in a strong performance under current boss, Ian Little.

And to fill the void left by our postponed match against Spartans this Saturday, due to take place at Shielfield Park, the club is set to broadcast the footage live from the official Facebook page of Berwick Rangers.

‘Kicking off’ at 3pm, hosting through Facebook will also allow you an opportunity to interact with fellow ‘Gers fans tuning in – many of whom you might not have heard from for a while.

Donate a Ticket

Ahead of the stream, the club has become the latest Scottish side to partner with Donate a Ticket, a recently-founded website built to provide Scottish clubs the chance to help themselves through the current global crisis.

The website effectively allows you to pay admission to a match, helping clubs to make a dent in losses from anticipated gate revenues. All money donated to a club is then passed directly to the club.

In the case of Berwick Rangers, all funds received will be added into the 1881 Fund, bolstering Ian Little’s playing budget for the 2020/2021 campaign.

Automatic options are set up for Shielfield Park admission prices of £10 and £5, but the website also offers the flexibility for fans to pay whatever they feel represents good value or whatever they can afford to contribute.

To grab your ticket and support the club, simply head to the club’s dedicated Donate A Ticket web page, select your contribution and hit the Donate button.

In the meantime, fans can expect to see further build-up to the tie over the course of the week over on our social media channels.

We hope to see you on Saturday!
