Jordan Sinclair

Date of Birth: July 11, 1996
Previous Clubs: Hibernian, Livingston, Brechin City, Edinburgh City
Team Supported:

Sinclair started his career in the youth set-up at Hibernian and made one substitute appearance in his time at the capital club, coming on as a substitute in a Scottish League Cup victory over Montrose during the 2015/16 campaign.

However, that was to be the only first team action Sinclair would see at Easter Road and he departed in the summer of 2016, with Livingston the destination. With Livingston in League One at the time, Sinclair played a fringe role – with seven appearances in all competitions as Livi stormed to the title.

For the 2017/18 season, he joined Brechin City and enjoyed considerably more game time, playing 32 times in all competitions in a campaign that saw City relegated to League One. He remained at Glebe Park for the 2018/19 season, playing 23 times, before moving to Edinburgh City for 2019/20.

He played 18 times in all competitions for the Scottish League Two outfit as they finished second behind Cove Rangers in a campaign curtailed by COVID-19, with Sinclair signing on for the ‘Gers for the 2020/21 season.

Sinclair featured nine times for the club in his first season, scoring twice – including an outstanding 30-yard free-kick in the club’s first league match of the campaign. In the spring of 2021, he signed a two-year contract extension, keeping him at the club until summer 2023. Sinky’s involvement in the 21/22 campaign was somewhat hampered by injuries, with the midfielder hoping to put muscle problems aside in the new season and make himself a regular once more.
