Little adds Sinclair to squad

Berwick Rangers are delighted to announce the addition of Jordan Sinclair for the new season having agreed pre-contract terms with the central midfielder.

Sinclair started his career with Hibernian, where he’d make his professional debut in a 3-0 League Cup victory over Montrose, before joining Livingston in League One.

Having made 10 appearances for the Lions in 17/18, the left-footer moved on to Brechin City in search of more regular game time, where he’d go on to make 56 appearances over two seasons in the Championship and League One.

Most recently, Jordan was with title-challenging Edinburgh City in League Two, making 18 appearances before the campaign was prematurely halted.

Manager Ian Little said:

“Jordan is a player who’ll bring many qualities to our squad.

“He has a good knowledge of the game as well as great technical ability and an eye-catching range of passing and I’ve no doubt he’ll also add quality to our set-pieces with his deliveries.

“Jordan has played at higher levels in the game and will add experience to our squad despite still being relatively young himself.

“He’s also a player I’m already familiar with, having worked with him for a short period at Livingston Under 20’s whilst he was on the road to recovery for the first team.”

The club would like to wish a warm welcome to Jordan, and look forward to seeing him add poise and creativity to the ‘Gers midfield.
