Match Preview: Clyde v Berwick Rangers – SPFL Ladbrokes League Two

After two consecutive defeats, manager Colin Cameron will be looking for a response from his players at Broadwood tomorrow. It would appear the pressure is on the home side with the the ‘Gers having one of the worst away records in the division and the Bully Wee owning the 3rd best at home.

Berwick Rangers Team News:

If the ‘Gers are to get their second away win of the season, Cameron and Jason Dair will have to find something extra from the same squad of players.

David Banjo remains sidelined with a thigh issue, while Euan Bauld’s troublesome back continues to keep him out of the frame.

After going under the knife last week, Calum Helm is set for a long period of rehabilitation on his knee injury.

It is otherwise much the same. Changes are however likely to be made after last weekend’s disappointment.

Clyde Team News:

Whilst the ‘Gers are aiming to amend defensive problems, former ‘Ger Michael Bolochoweckyj has made a promising start to his Clyde career – and boss Barry Ferguson has today bolstered his back-line with the arrival of League Two Team of the Year 2015 member & former Trinidad & Tobago international Marvin Andrews.

Andrews arrives alongside Anthony Higgins, a former Cowdenbeath youngster who operates primarily as a striker, and is brother of Sean – another forward at the club.

The ‘Gers will need to be aware of both new arrivals as we prepare to go head to head, but the likelihood is that both will be used as backup for tomorrow’s clash.

The home side are however coming off the back of a 1-0 defeat to East Fife – so there is some encouragement for the Dream Team.
