Jock and the Giant Killers next Sunday

Tom Maxwell, author of The Lone Rangers – An English Club’s Century in Scottish Football, will be appearing at the Berwick Literary Festival next weekend.

The talk, entitled Jock and the Giant Killers, will be given at 2pm on Sunday, 22 October at the Guildhall in the town centre.
Russell Craig from the ’67 team will also be in attendance at the event.

Russell featured in the famous giantkilling Berwick side of 1967.

Tickets are £5 and are on sale at The Maltings and also on the day.

Tom will also be attending Saturday’s game against Montrose and will be selling and signing copies of the book, at a special price of £15, in the Club Shop at the ground.
