Adamson Arrives

Manager Johnny Harvey has today added some firepower to his squad with the signing of Calum Adamson.

The 26-year-old makes the move to Shielfield from Hill of Beath Hawthorn FC on an 18-month deal. Adamson is the club’s top goalscorer this season with 20 goals and has netted close to 100 goals for the side over the last eight seasons.

Johnny Harvey has identified several elements of Calum’s play which will make him a great fit for the ‘Gers: “I am delighted to bring Calum to our club, he fits the profile of player I am keen to fill my squad with. He is fit, energetic and has electric pace. On top of these attributes Calum is an exceptionally good finisher. He gets his reward for being a top player over a number of years in the Non Leagues of Scotland and I am positive he will be a huge success with the club.”

Adamson is expected to train with the squad this week and will be hoping to make his Rangers debut at Hampden on Saturday.
