Robby McCrorie’s senior debut could come against Clyde

Berwick Rangers will start their league season off at Shielfield Park, where they will host Jim Chapman’s Clyde on 5th August 2017. The match will mark Chapman’s first league game as manager of Clyde.

The ‘Gers will then hit the road on the 12th, travelling to Forthbank to take on a Stirling Albion side that recently signed veteran forward Peter MacDonald, who ended last season as co-manager at Clyde.

John Coughlin’s side will then return to Shielfield Park to take on Annan Athletic on the 19th before rounding off the opening month with a trip to last season’s wooden spoon winners Cowdenbeath on the 26th.

Berwick will make the trip to Croy to take on Clyde prior to Christmas, with festive football scheduled for 23rd December, before hosting Stenhousemuir on the 30th in our final game of 2017. The club’s first match of 2018 will be played January 2nd at Spartans’ Ainslie Park, where Edinburgh City will ply their trade this season.

The Dream Team’s final home game of the season will see them welcome Cowdenbeath on the 21st April, before the season finishes with a trip to Broadwood to play Clyde.
