Club to host open training session at Shielfield Park on Saturday morning!
Berwick Rangers are delighted to invite fans to Shielfield Park on Saturday morning to take in an open training session provided by first-team manager John Coughlin.
Despite gaining 3 points, Coughlin was quick to admit that it had been a disappointing performance against Edinburgh City and expressed his belief that the international break will allow him time to work with his squad to work on improving.
The additional training session will provide perfect opportunity for the Berwick gaffer to work with his first-team squad on a number of areas, and Berwick fans are being invited to come along and look at the work Coughlin and his coaches Myles Allan and Jonathan Craig are putting in.
Saturday will also be a valuable opportunity for a number of local coaches. As announced earlier in the week, the club have improved ties with Berwick Juniors, and the first demonstration will be an invitation to all Berwick Juniors coaches to take in the session.
Following the session, Coughlin will discuss training ideas and programmes and how they can be applied to younger generations with the volunteer coaches.
The session will begin at 10:30am, with all welcome. The club hopes to see you there!
