1881 Fund to close
The club would like to inform its supporters that the 1881 Fund is set to close at the end of the day, having reached and exceeded its original £10,000 goal.
All monies raised by the fund are to be used in the club’s playing budget for a new campaign, helping manager Ian Little put together a competitive side on the park.
Other fundraising initiatives will continue to help expand the club’s playing budget for next season, with the Gers’ Donate A Ticket Scottish Cup quarter-final clash next weekend a perfect example.
It goes without saying that the incredible support shown by members of the Black and Gold army has benefitted the club massively, helping the club to secure current and attract new players.
Berwick Rangers Football Club would like to take this opportunity to thank each of the 167 supporters who have contributed to the fund, and who have helped the club to find stability ahead of a new season with less income, and in a climate where uncertainty reigns.
As mentioned, the fund will remain open until the end of the day, so any supporters who’d generously like to make a final donation can do so.
Thank you for your incredible support.
