Welcome Dean Aitken!

Stenhousemuir centre back Dean Aitken has become the latest addition to the Berwick Rangers squad, joining on loan until the end of the season.

The 18 year old will certainly be easy to spot, at 6ft 3in tall! He has been playing regular football this season at Camelon Juniors in the East of Scotland League, where he netted once against Thornton Hibs in December. Dean signed for Stenhousemuir last summer from St Johnstone, and he featured in the Warriors’ league cup squad before being loaned out to Camelon.

Pending Scottish FA approval, Dean will go straight into Kevin Haynes’ squad for tomorrow’s trip to Linlithgow Rose, and joins fellow loanees Ben McCrystal, Owen Calder and Rayan Mohammed at MKM Shielfield Park until April.
