Voting is now open for the 2015-2016 Social Media Player of the Year.
The Social Media Player of the Year is usually taken via an accumulation of the winners of the Social Media Man of the Match award.
This season the Social Media Man of the Match Award was halted due to a lack of votes earlier in the season. The weekly award will return next season, potentially with a new format to ensure the same cannot happen.
But in the meantime, a one-off poll is available to ensure fans can still name their Player of the Year and keep the annual award running.
