Under 20s in action against Stirling Albion on Monday night
Following on from their away victory at Alloa last Monday the Under 20s return to home turf with a match against Stirling Albion on Monday evening, 16th October at Shielfield kicking off at 7.45pm.
In terms of squad news it will be along similar lines to last week. On the plus side Grant Rose, Calum Heath and Ross Aitchison should return to the squad. Scott Hay remains sidelined due to his ongoing back injury. Ciaran McKenzie has left the club and we wish him all the best. Gary Dolan is also a doubt.
Coach Daniel McKenzie says – “We will be looking to build not just on last weeks result but the performance as well which I thought was particularly pleasing. We have watched Stirling already this season and we are well aware of the dangers they bring. We will have to be on top form to get anything from the game”.
From yesterday’s games Gary Windram scored a hat trick for Coldstream against Stirling University East of Scotland team. Grant Rose had an assist for Gala Fairydean despite going down 4-1. Bradley Barrett continued his good run of scoring form scoring for Whitehill on Friday night.
