TRUST SPONSORSHIP MEANS FREE ADMISSION TO VITAL DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE MATCH

There will be free admission to Berwick Rangers SPFL Development League game against Raith Rovers at Shielfield on Monday, April 3rd, 2017, kick off 7:45 p.m. It is a vital match for both teams. Rangers must win to keep alive their hopes of claiming the league title. Last Monday ( March 27th ) the teams also met at Shielfield. The Fifers’ 3-1 win put them four points ahead of Berwick though Rangers have played one game less. To encourage a bigger than usual turnout and as a thank you to the team and coaches who have kept the name of Berwick Rangers at or near the top of the table all season, Berwick Rangers Supporters Trust is sponsoring the match. There will be a bucket collection with all proceeds going to the club but in addition, the Trust is donating a guaranteed sum to the club which will cover normal gate takings for a home DL fixture. Refreshments will be available in the Jeff Burnlees Lounge at half time, again payment by donation. Spectators also receive free team sheets.
Berwick have beaten Raith already this campaign, chalking up a 6-3 success at Kelty in October. So try to get along to back the lads as they attempt to stay on course for the league flag.
