Trio complete ‘Gers moves
Berwick Rangers can confirm that defender Robert Wilson, midfielder Barry Hogg and forward Calum Helm have all put pen to paper on deals with the club.
Twenty year old Wilson spent the majority of last season with Junior Cup finalists Musselburgh Athletic where he’d be a regular at the heart of their defence. The 6″3 centre half started the 2914-2015 season with League One side Airdrieonians, and has also spent time in the youth system at Hibernian.
Youngster Hogg meanwhile joins from Tynecastle. The 19 year old has impressed in the youth system of Tynecastle, and was a key figure in the defence of their title-winning Under 19’s side last season.
Finally, Helm completes his move from Hutchison Vale Juveniles after a succesful spell with Berwick’s Development League side in the second half of last season, where the pacey prospect impressed with his frequent goalscoring. Helm will be a familiar to face to Hogg, having spent some time with the defender during the latter stages of last season.
The club would like to extend a welcome to the three latest signings.
