The club can now confirm that our first five friendly fixtures have been penned in, with four home ties and one away trip already scheduled by club secretary Dennis McCleary.
What is likely to be Berwick’s third home tie of the 2015-2016 campaign will see Premier League opposition visit Shielfield Park, with Kilmarnock’s first team making the trip from the West coast on Saturday 11th July, for a 3pm kick off.
Three days later the Dream Team will then host Championship opposition, going up against Hibernian’s first team on Tuesday 14th July with a 7:45pm kick off.
The ‘Gers will then hit the road as they travel to Station Park on Saturday 18th July, taking on Forfar Athletic in a 3pm kick off.
The three fixtures follow the announcement that FA Vase holders North Shields will visit Shielfield Park on Saturday 4th July followed by the visit of Dunfermline on Monday 6th July.
Admission prices will confirmed closer to the time of the fixtures.
