Taylor joins Camelon for an undisclosed fee

Winger Graham Taylor has joined Camelon Juniors for an undisclosed fee, and will move to the East of Scotland Division One side immediately.

Following the opening of the pre-contract window at the
start of the month, Taylor had agreed to sign for Camelon once his current contract with Berwick expired in the summer. However, Camelon were keen to move forward Taylor’s arrival date, and this has led to a fee being agreed for an immediate transfer. The club will look to use the funds received from the transfer to reinvest in the playing squad and move for targets that are in manager Thomas Scobbie’s vision for next season.

Taylor joined Berwick from Cowdenbeath, and over the last 2 and a half seasons has made 104 appearances, 97 of which were starts. Taylor has scored 19 times for the ‘Gers with 13 of those goals coming in his first season. In the current season, Taylor has featured 24 times and scored 3 goals – with 2 of those coming against his new club, Camelon Juniors, in the East of Scotland Qualifying Cup.

All at the club thank Graham for his contributions over his time at Shielfield, and wish him all the best as he joins Camelon.
