Chairman Len Eyre watches on as his new manager puts pen to paper

The club are pleased to confirm that supporters will have the opportunity to meet Robbie Horn on Friday 15th September in the club’s Sponsors Lounge.

Kicking off from 7:30pm, fans will be invited to put their questions forward to the club’s new manager, who will make his full debut in the dugout as Berwick Rangers manager this weekend at Ainslie Park, as the ‘Gers travel to take on Edinburgh City.

Berwick’s new gaffer has already demonstrated his approachable nature by answering a series of questions garnered from interactions across the club’s official social platforms earlier this week and will be happy to clarify more queries from fans next Friday evening.

‘Meet The Manager’ events often provide a lot of value and insight for those who attend, and we’d love to see a healthy audience there to take in more of Robbie’s thoughts around all things BRFC.

Assistant David Burrell will also be in attendance and will be open to questions, the former ‘Gers player having joined up with Robbie following a successful spell working with him at Bonnyrigg Rose.

Also attending will be Jim McQueen, Horn’s new goalkeeping coach who also made the switch from The Rose to Berwick, after he managed to move personal arrangements.

The following afternoon will see us host Elgin City in Ladbrokes League Two action – in what will be our final league activity at Shielfield Park until October 21st, with Horn’s side set to hit the road to take on Peterhead and Stenhousemuir.

Those desperate for their Black and Gold fix will be encouraged by the fact that there is of course the chance that Berwick may be given a home draw in the William Hill Scottish Cup 2nd Round, scheduled to take place on 14th October.
