Jonathan Craig returns to Shielfield Park

Berwick Rangers are pleased to confirm that Jonathan Craig has re-joined the Borderers, forming part of Stuart Malcolm’s coaching team as the club’s new goalkeeping coach.

Jonathan was previously with the club from 2015 to 2017, and has almost two decades of experience as a goalkeeping coach. During his time with the club, he also worked with Hibernian’s academy team.

Not too long after his departure from the ‘Gers, Jonathan moved to India to join I-League side Real Kashmir, where he spent the last couple of years before returning towards the back end of last season as part of Falkirk’s new backroom staff team.

All at the club would like to welcome Jonathan back to Shielfield Park and look forward to seeing his work with young goalkeeper Andy McNeil – as well as any other stopper that might yet be added to the ‘Gers squad.

You can play a part in helping bring competition for the #1 jersey to the club by getting involved in the club’s Transfer Draw, which sees 50% of all profits added to Stuart Malcolm’s playing budget for the new season – with the other 50% set as the jackpot for the draw winner.

To buy a ticket, head over to our online store. The final Transfer Draw takes place Friday 16th July.

Tickets for our first friendly match of the 21/22 campaign are also now available. Learn more on how to grab yours here.
