Injury update: Jamie Todd

The club can tonight provide an update on the injury sustained by defender Jamie Todd during yesterday’s game v Edinburgh City.

Todd was Injured at the beginning of the second half at Ainslie Park, and was stretchered off before being taken to hospital by ambulance.

An X-ray last night confirmed no broken bones, however ligament damage in the ankle was identified by doctors.

Initial suggestions indicate Todd will be sidelined for 4-6 weeks, however further updates will be provided in due course.

The ‘Gers would like to thank all medical staff who assisted Todd and wish the player a speedy recovery.
