Horn strengthens squad

Robbie Horn has boosted his squad ahead of the visit of Airdrieonians this evening with a double signing.

19-year-old Jack Ogilvie has joined the club from Livingston, having made three substitute appearances for the club in recent times. Ogilvie can play in midfield or up front, adding to Horn’s attacking options this season.

Alongside the youngster, Robbie Horn has added an experienced player with the signing of John Neil on a short-term contract. Neil has played for a number of SPFL sides throughout his career including Hearts, Hamilton, Raith, Queen’s Park and most Recently Clyde. Like Ogilvie, the 30-year-old is comfortable in midfield or up front.

Horn has been impressed with the players in pre-season and is happy to have added to his squad: “Both players have done well in training over the last few weeks and will bring strength and depth to the squad. We are still hoping to bring another player in on top of these two signings, but we just have to be patient for now.”

Both players are expected to go straight into the squad for tonight’s game.
