Gretna Away at the 2nd Attempt

On Saturday the 18th of January we travel South West across the A7 to play Gretna 2008 FC in a rearranged fixture with a 3pm kick off. Berwick ran out winners 2-1 in the game at Shielfield Park.

Latest reports from Gretna is the pitch is heavy but they are hoping the dry weather forecast will help in time for Saturday. We will update you if a pitch inspection is planned for tomorrow.

Gregor Donald’s loan has ended and he has returned to Livingston. Joao Balde’s loan has also ended but he hasn’t been given a new contract by Rangers.

Manager Ian Little says the attacking midfielder is looking to play SPFL football, but is also currently considering a return to Berwick.

The squad has no injury concerns and new loan signing Hamish Thomson goes straight into the squad for tomorrow’s game.
