Fundraising ground tour kicks off at Shielfield next Monday

Stewart Kerr, Susan Leslie and Ali Cronie are doing a tour of all the 42 Scottish Football stadiums. They are going to run/walk around each stadium pitch and this is going to be done over 5 days from 1st April 2019 – 5 April 2019.

This is starting in Berwick at Shielfield Park and finishing at Palmerston Park, Dumfries. They are hoping to raise £5,000 for Leonard Cheshire Glenapple to upgrade the original garage to an activity room for all the gentlemen they support. This is to enrich the gentlemen’s quality of life and give them a safe environment to learn new skills. They also want to buy some assistive technology to assist them with this.

The donations of club items from the different clubs are going to be auctioned of on 20th April 2019. The money raised from these is also going towards the upgrade.
