Brennan to remain with ‘Gers

Popular goalkeeper, Sean Brennan, has committed his future to Berwick Rangers for the 2018/19 season. The ex-Hibernian youth player impressed in a few starts towards the end of the recent campaign and will be back at Shielfield to battle with new recruit, Alasdair Adams, for the number 1 jersey next term.

Sean says “I’m delighted to have been offered another year at the club at Robbie Horn. Last season wasn’t ideal for me as we had Robbie playing really well so there wasn’t much chance for starts. I’d like to think that this coming season I will be given a chance to prove my worth to the team. I feel I played well I the games towards the end of the season and that has helped with the new deal. Although I haven’t always played the coaching staff have been brilliant with me from the moment they walked in and that was reflected in the final few games”.

Robbie Horn is delighted to have two good goalkeepers secured for the 2018/19 campaign and acknowledges that Brennan will be pushing to add to his 3 starts from the last season.
