Ben Miller fully recalled from Arniston
Midfielder Ben Miller had been fully recalled from his temporary transfer to Arniston Rangers and will be fully involved with Berwick for the rest of the season.
The 20-year-old was able to play for both clubs during his stay at Gorebridge but after making a substitute appearance in the Scottish Cup tie with Spartans last Saturday, the club felt it was only fair to Arniston that they called him back fully rather than having them in a position of uncertainty.
Secretary Dennis McCleary completed the paperwork yesterday and added: “I would like to thank Arniston Rangers and in particular secretary Alan Walker for the prompt and efficient handling of matters at their end.”
Miller is a product of Berwick’s youth system and has been at the club since the 2010/11 season, where he was part of the U19 team, before progressing through the ranks to the reserves and now the first team.
In total, the midfielder has made five starts and 19 substitute appearances for Berwick, most of which came towards the tail end of last season.
Other Borderers Euan Bauld and Gregor Watson remain on loan to Arniston.
