Pitch update: Berwick Rangers v Elgin City

The club can report no issues with the Shielfield Park pitch ahead of this afternoon’s Scottish League Two match against Elgin City.

There was no overnight frost in the town, unlike in some more inland areas, and groundsman Ross Aitchison and secretary Dennis McCleary were at the ground at 7.45am to report to the SPFL and Elgin officials that all was well.

So with the game well and truly on, get yourselves down to Shielfield Park this afternoon to see if the ‘Gers can respond after last week’s defeat against Annan Athletic.
