Tranent Juniors Away

The club moves on to a 2nd round South of Scotland cup tie clash against an in-form Tranent side at Foresters Park on Saturday the 14th of September. PLEASE NOTE: this will be a 2.30pm kick off .

Tranent have started the season well and as of last Saturday, currently sit on top of the East of Scotland Premier Division.

Team News

The team is bolstered by the signing of goalkeeper Mark Walters and manager Ian Little’s squad has no injury concerns. Defender Ricky Miller will miss the tie due to family commitments.

Assistant manager Kevin Haynes said of last week’s draw at Gala. ‘We had enough chances to win 2 games, we need to be much more clinical in front of goal’

The car park is currently out of action due to maintenance work so only street parking available. East Lothian Buses 104 and 113 run from Edinburgh to Tranent.
Berwick supporters are welcome in the East Lothian Co-op Employees Bowling Club on Blawearie Rd, just along from the ground for pre-match drinks.
