Banjo, Denton & Graham sign on

Berwick Rangers are delighted to confirm the additions of David Banjo, Charlie Denton and Finn Graham, all of whom join the club on one year deals.

Banjo, 24, joins the club following spells with both Arbroath and Montrose. The midfield man joined the Mo in January, netting a brace past league champions Albion Rovers on his debut, and going on to feature in nine games.

However it will be the regular football he enjoyed with Arbroath that he’ll be looking to replicate, his best form resulting in 46 appearances over two seasons –  34 of which came during the 2013-2014 season. The 24-year-old rejected Arbroath’s offer of a new deal to pursue full-time football, however this would be a conract Banjo could not find, leading him to join Montrose for match fitness this year, a move which will do his chances in a Berwick shirt no harm this season.

Youngster Denton joins from Kirkcaldy YMJFC after featuring prominently with the first team throughout pre-season.
